ENTERPRISE SECTOR RECOVERY FUND (ESRF)

 

Recruitment of international advisers for the ESRF Secretariat

 

The Enterprise Sector Recovery Fund (ESRF) is a harmonized technical assistance fund with up to EUR 11 million of financing provided by the Governments of the Netherlands (EKN), Sweden (Sida) and the United Kingdom (DFID). Additional donors will be sought to expand the harmonized financing available to support the objectives of the ESRF.

 

The purpose of the ESRF, which has an expected life of three years, is to support technical assistance needed for the implementation of the Medium Term Development Strategy of Bosnia & Herzegovina.

 

The DEP is establishing a Secretariat with offices in Banja Luka and Sarajevo to administer the operations of the ESRF. The Secretariat will have approximately 17 management and staff along with 4 international advisers.

 

ESRF invites applications from qualified personnel for these senior position of the Secretariat:

1. International resident adviser, enterprise sector restructuring

2. International resident adviser, social sector

3. International resident adviser, business environment reform

4. International adviser, donor coordination

These positions are based at the ESRS offices in Sarajevo and are offered on a full time residential basis only, except position No. 4 which is offered on part-time basis only. The initial appointment will be for a period of 18 months, renewable for up to a further 18 months, with the possibility of further extension. Frequent travel will be required throughout BiH.
